Default High Energy Set & 20/20 Set Question

Okay I wanted to know what a high energy set consisted of. Does it consist of a wand & focus. The wand having a Wand Wrapping of Aptitude and "Seize the Day" Inscription and the Focus having a Focus Core of Aptitude and "Live for Today" Inscription? That would be a total gain of +30 Energy and -2 Energy Degen. Is that what everyone refers to as a high energy set?

Also, I wanted to ask about an energy efficient 20/20 set. What is the most energy efficient 20/20 set that you can make? I need to make a few for my necro heroes for Sabway's Build. Do you make this 20/20 set through staff or through wand/focus. Which would give you the greatest amount of energy in addition to the 20/20 aspect?

Anyway, I know it is a lot but I appreciate the help if anyone could clear these things up for me.

you're right about the high energy set, as for 20/20 you'd get more out of a staff if you only wanted 20/20, assuming you dont want a +15-1. wand+offhand is good for 40/40

40/40 = wand + offhand
20/20 = stave
high nrgy = sword / axe / spear ect + offhand with +30 hp and +15-1]

benefits of each:

40/40 = faster casting and a higher chance of it.
20/20 = fast casting, 30 more health than a 40/40.
high energy = same ammount of hp as a normal set, you get more energy.

disadvantages of each.

40/40 = 60 less hp than a "sheild set" and less armour
20/20 = only 30 less hp than a sheild set and less armour than a sheild set.
high energy = if you use up all of the energy in this set you go into whats know as "negetive energy", it means when you switch back up to your normal set, there will be an ammount of time where it will say you are regening +4 energy pips, but no actual energy is coming back into your energy pool.

hope this helped you

Imho, you are on the right track - "high energy sets" refer to setups with one or two 15/-1 attributes. As far as I know, they are often used for either swapping, when the extra energy is needed, or in builds that can tolerate the loss of energy regen pip(s).

For example, I use a single 15/-1 on my ele when running a MB bar. My advice would be to play around with the setups and see what works best on your necro heroes. In my experience, the Sabway setups rarely suffer from lack of energy
